Clicking the pics will take you to a different time and place. Tucson Arizona rose.
My last sunset in Tucson..... For a while. Boondocking in Deming New Mexico.

I've owned three Mercedes based campers and I never bottomed out in any of them even going through a dry wash in the Arizona desert. Even with running boards although I did cut a corner too short once and dug a bit into the edging of the plowed desert rock. At that time, I was being frustrated with my daughter who didn't seem to want to stop for lunch only to discover she already ate where we met just before I got there. It would have helped if she had picked up food for me when she got hers.

Wow! Three Mercedes campers, I'm impressed. If I had the money for my almost perfect, simplified camper, it would be a Mercedes based, all-wheel-drive, diesel. RV van.

Two Class Bs and one Class C. The C had steps that came out, if you remembered to not park too close to a curb, so it actually sat higher than the Cs.

No matter what RV I had I always slept in it when I was visiting friends and relatives. To me it was home, it had everything I needed to keep me comfortable, and I was far more happy in my RV than being a stranger in someone else's house.
