The weather has finally gotten back to normal, it had been cloudy for so long it was starting to feel like Seattle. But now the suns out, it's in the mid-80s in the daytime and 50s at night and it feels more like Colorado's supposed to feel in the late spring.
Tomorrow's going to be a big day because I'm going to get to go to the zoo with my grandson whose about two years old. I haven't seen him since I left Colorado last October and I'm sure he has changed considerably so I'm really looking forward to seeing him and everyone else again. The zoo were going to is the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs. I've been to it a long time ago so I know it's a nice zoo, but my biggest memory is that it's kind of built on the side of a hill so there is a lot of walking up and down hill on the trails. Since going to the zoo will put me close to where I used to live in Woodland Park I think I will go and visit my storage room to make sure everything is okay. I've been worried that some things In storage might rust, so I will feel better if I can check everything and make sure it's okay. Sooner or later I need to start selling some of the things in the storage room that I didn't have time to sell before I left. I hate to have to start dealing with eBay again, I never did like all of the labeling and mailing packages all over the country, I was always afraid I would send the wrong thing to somebody. But despite its problems eBay is still the best place to get the most money for your stuff. theboondork
