Clicking the pics will make these big horses look even bigger. It looks like I'm not the only one that just got to town.

Oh oh. I do love those big horses. Got to baby sit a couple of them once for a few days. Just great horses. And I'm a sucker for the furry feet. They weren't clydesdales...nor percherons...they were.....oh....ah geez. Old person.

Fortunately I can't tell one horse from another, and the only horse I really cared about was "Mr. Ed." But I have heard that large horses are the friendliest even-tempered horses that you can have.

A lot of parks have horse campgrounds but they appear to mainly have corrals rather than stables. Our local Cabela's even has horse corrals. And dog pens.

Well it sounds like when I have nothing left but horsepower they'll be other places I can go besides Tucson. Yeah Cabela's is great most of them even allow camping, but the one in Denver wont allow camping because of city ordinances. Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
