Back in Colorado and the dreaded white stuff is right outside my door

When I get out of the truck and see a six-foot tall pile of snow in the Walmart parking lot and beautiful mountains in the background, I don't need a map to know I'm in Colorado.

I made it to Trinidad Colorado today which is just over the border from New Mexico, the drive was mostly on Interstate 25, and I had a bit of a tailwind, so it was an easy day. I'm dry camped in a Walmart parking lot, the very same Walmart parking lot that I stayed in on my first day of actual full-timeing.

Tomorrow I'm going to go to Penrose Colorado and stay at an RV park there for a while, if I can get going early enough to beat the wind.
