Everyone talks about the weather.... Especially old geezers.

A pic does not fulfill its destiny until it's clicked.

The lifecycle of the Peony. Near the middle of the picture you can see a marble sized around bud, that's already sweet enough to have ants crawling on it. On the far left you can see a Blossom partially opened. On the far right is a fully open Peony Blossom. And the yellow thing in the middle of the picture is all the petals of the flower have dropped off leaving this middle where the seeds are.

Yet another rainy day today, with yet more forecasts for rain in the immediate future. The middle of June should be getting warm, but there are forecast highs this week in the 60s and 70s. With nighttime lows in the 40s and low 50s for the rest of the week.

I seem to be giving a weather forecast every day, but it's mostly because I'm not doing anything interesting enough to write about. And the only thing interesting around here in my location is Denver is chilly and mostly wet.

Chilly and wet describes my travels last winter. It makes me wonder what I will face next Fall and Winter. Am I looking at another chilly, wet winter? Is there a better place to be than where I was last year without driving a thousand miles? The weather is so unpredictable I'll have to wait until the day before I leave to figure out where I'm gonna go. One thing is for sure, records of past weather information will probably be useless.

Inside the Arctic Fox still looks like a hopeless mess, but I'm getting rid of a lot of stuff, so it's getting better... It just doesn't look that way. But if I can load up the truck with most of the things out of the Arctic Fox and make a trip to my storage room, the Arctic Fox will look a whole lot better inside.

And once that's done, my next step will be repairing a few odds and ends in the trailer, and the last thing will be giving the Fox a good cleaning. Life will be a lot better for me when I finally reach the cleaning phase, but right now
it's hard to imagine that day will come.
