Click the pics, the bigger they are, the spookier they get.
How perfect was that? A full moon on Halloween night.
Well, it appears that even though next week will have highs in the 70s, it's going to get cold again after that, and there's some snow predicted; when it comes to weather, Colorado is a roller coaster.
The tiny Halloween party came off without a hitch last night, and apparently, everyone had a great time. As you can see from the pictures, my family dressed up in Halloween costumes, and everyone looked great. There are no pictures to record the event, but I wore my usual costume that perfectly depicts a homeless bum living on a sidewalk somewhere in Los Angeles. Everyone was amazed at the authenticity of my costume, right down to the smell. And I made $12.83 during the party with my realistic, but somewhat threatening, panhandling routine.... I didn't realize little kids carried that much money.
But the Halloween holiday is over now, and the next big event on the calendar is the election. I see on the news some businesses in Denver are already boarding up anticipating the violent rioting that seems to go on unabated in some of America's big cities nowadays that no one seems to be able to stop. Maybe someone should remember the Texas Ranger's unofficial motto, "One riot one Ranger," and tell the politicians to step aside and let the Texas Rangers sort it out.
My scary family
My grandson was the scariest of all. Sometimes when I looked at the eyes behind the mask it looked like it was some one.... Or some "thing" else.
My granddaughter tried to be scary, but it just didn't work out.
And what can you say about the family dog dressed up like a Bat? I don't think there's anything that could make this pitiful excuse for a dog look scary.
