I really, really, need some warm weather

Just doing a few odds and ends around the Arctic Fox to get ready to go. I've already done everything required before I can leave, now I'm doing things that I like to do before I leave but usually don't because I'm too lazy. At least this time, I have the legitimate excuse that it's too dang cold and snowy.

As of today, Denver has gone into another Bat flu lock-down with a long list of new rules and regulations about people getting together, which includes a 10 p.m. till 5 a.m. curfew for everyone except emergency personnel and protesters..... What? Did I say, protesters? I'm not kidding! Nobody but police, firefighters, medical personnel, and PROTESTERS can legally be on the streets after 10 p.m. The clowns truly are running the circus.

I always get nervous when it's time to hook up and tow the Arctic Fox after it's been sitting in Denver for the summer. The Arctic Fox has been sitting here since late June, which is about 4 1/2 months without moving. And that gives me plenty to worry about.

I'm always especially concerned about the tires. I checked the air pressure, of course, but things like flat spots on the tires from sitting for so long is a concern. Things have always been okay in the past, but it's 2020, and it seems like nothing has gone right all year, so why should I expect leaving for my winter travels will go smoothly?

I am looking forward to getting into warmer weather, and I'm assuming Socorro, New Mexico, will be a little warmer than here. Still, I don't think I will be comfortable until I'm South of Phoenix, where the 70s and 80s are expected.
