I did some shopping this morning, I made a quick trip to Home Depot, a not so quick trip to Walmart, and then stopped by a gun store to find out what they charge for shipping a handgun. Turns out it's $30 so I might be taking a few guns to him to ship for me.
It's still pretty hot in Denver, low to mid 90s every day, so I've been putting my awning out since that's the sunny side of the Arctic Fox, to help control the heat. Of course if it's too hot I can always go in my daughter's house and sit around in the air conditioning. But I don't want to get used to air-conditioning, I have found that I'm more comfortable if my body adapts to the ambient temperature of whatever season or place I'm in.
While I was at Walmart this morning I bought myself a folding camp chair. Some folks may find it odd that I didn't have a camp chair to start with. I figured from what I've seen in my travels I'm the only RVer in the country that didn't own a folding camp chair. Well I've rectified that problem now and I'm the proud owner of a Coleman folding chair.
It had everything I was looking for in a camp chair. It will hold 400 pounds, so I'll be able to gain another 210 pounds without worrying about it. It's wide enough to fit my muscular derrière. And it only cost $35, so it won't be a big loss if somebody takes it, or I drive off and leave it sitting under a tree.
my new Coleman camp chair. I actually only got it because I needed a chair when I'm living in the tent on my mini vacations.
