The first thing I would like to do is thank two of my readers, Jody and Gary for inviting me over for a visit and to see their 2015 Arctic Fox 27 – 5L. Their very nice folks and I hope to see them again somewhere down the road.
I'm going to move to a different spot here in Quartzsite in the next day or so and I was driving around yesterday looking at the different boondocking areas to see which ones are less crowded. The Plomosa Road area where Jody and Gary were looked promising as did the Dome Rock area. Tomorrow morning I'll probably drive out to the Road Runner area and see how that looks.
I'm thinking that if I'm going to hitch up, pack up, and move maybe I should pull the Arctic Fox up to Parker and stay at Walmart or the Casino for a night or two and that way I could buy some much needed groceries late at night when nobodys at the Walmart. Then I could come back to Quartzsite and go to a new less crowded location. I'm giving all that some serious consideration.
I can't believe I've been in Quartzsite this long and haven't been to any of the flea markets. I'm not sure if it's because I'm worried about catching the flu in a crowded place or I'm just not interested in buying anything.
Most of the flea markets stuff is outside and I'm pretty sure that would cut down on the chances of catching the flu. But there's not much flea market stuff that I'm really interested in anymore or have room for, so maybe that's why I haven't made an effort to walk through any of the endless flea markets in Quartzsite. If I did go it would just be to take some pictures.
