 My daughter and son-in-law took the kids to the Denver zoo this morning while I hid under the bed in the Arctic Fox as per my usual holiday routine.
 Small boy, large lizard.  Small girl, large lion.

I'll bet you are. I've got about two weeks to go before blastoff and I'm getting antsy already. The roar of the tires on the interstate, the smell of the diesel fuel, and knowing wherever I stop is home, there ain't nothing like it.

East West or South is the question. I doubt even The Boondork is lazy enough to stay in Colorado for the winter again.

Yes, that's the only sensible way to celebrate a holiday weekend. Only I think you would have stocked up on enough food to not having to risk going out for more.

Well actually I don't HAVE to go out for more, but my daughter's cooking and my son-in-law's grilling skills helps make the few feet that I have to walk to the patio, easier to deal with the fear of the holiday hordes.
