Settling in

Clicking the pics will make the grand-kids grander.

Back in my familiar summer location, where the grandkids roam, and mucho mini-vacations start and end.

I made it back to my daughter's house before lunch and I'm now safely ensconced in one of their driveways, where I will be settling in for the summer.

While I was catching up on family news my daughter made me an appointment to get a Bat flu shot next Friday. I could've got one today but I had a lot of unpacking and unhitching to do today.

I checked out the little Bronco slide in truck camper and it appears to have survived the winter, I always worry that the snow load during the winter may crush the little thing, but it seems to be holding up just fine.

Some flowers are starting to bloom around the house, but not very many yet, It's still not summer in Denver. In fact this Memorial Day weekend is not looking all that great for the folks heading to the out-of-doors, with high temperatures in the 50s and 60s for Denver, and a 50% chance of rain pretty much all three days.
