Sorry about the lack of a blog post yesterday, but I ended up in a dark place where no communication was possible. Despite that, I'm now back in the light, and everything is relatively normal.

The weather's been nice except for a few sprinkles yesterday. It's been warm, just like Arizona should be. The low 80s are getting to be the normal daytime highs so that you can tell Spring is on its way.

I will stay down the road from Ben Avery's on this trust land for a few more days. There is no particular reason except I haven't thought of a good enough justification yet to trade this place for elsewhere. I prefer to avoid traveling on weekends when the highways and byways are full of people heading for the same places I go, which puts me in competition with normal people doing normal things. In that situation, I'm always outnumbered. I'm still planning on heading towards Wickenburg; I don't know when that will be.

The truck is still running well; I haven't had any problems with it, but it is old. I think it's the same age as me in truck years. I believe the only thing that saves the truck is that I don't put many miles a year on it. It still hauls my mini-home around with no complaints. I guess it knows complaining would do no good since it's the only truck I have.
