Not a lot going on today. My big project for the day was to fix a light switch in one of the bathrooms. Changing out a light switch should of been a 10 minute job but it ended up stretching out to more than an hour with everything going wrong that could go wrong other than me electrocuting myself.
I started my mission today to refill one of my propane tanks in hopes that it would go a lot better than the last time I had to fill a propane tank in Denver but the effort ended up in failure.
I had looked up Denver propane on the Internet and found a hardware store about 4 or 5 miles away that advertised they had propane but lucky me the store was no longer there so I continued on taking care of the other errands I had to do figuring I'll try another propane place tomorrow.
I don't have any plans for this upcoming Memorial Day holiday other than to hide under my bed until it's over. Experience has shown me that is the most prudent action to take when faced with any upcoming holiday that requires tens of millions of mildly or highly inebriated people to come in close contact with one another either on foot or in a motor vehicle of some kind. I feel that for me everyday's a holiday so I have no desire to compete for a few square feet of interstate just to get to a state Park that's so full of people you can't see the lake.
I bought a new farkle for the Yamaha WR450 the other day, so tomorrow I'll probably post on my boondork's Yamaha blog just in case anyone is interested in motorcycle stuff.
