I finished another Boondocking video today and put it on the Internet, it shows the Dome rock BLM area just west of Quartzsite. It looks like a good place to boondock but it's kind of close to interstate 10 so there's probably some traffic noise.
When I woke up this morning it was very cloudy, and it had me concerned that I might not get much solar charging today. I was down about 60 amps and I had my doubts about catching up during the day. And it stayed that way with just a few breaks in the clouds every once in a while and very little bright sunshine. But to my amazement the batteries were completely charged by 1 o'clock and the controller had throttled down to 3 amps, I couldn't believe it. I think that the 6th panel I put on and learning that I have to park with the front of the Arctic Fox facing due North has got things working pretty good now.
The sky looked like this all day, but I still got 60 amps by 1 o'clock
