Every time you click the pic a Nigerian Prince says he will send me $1000.
Gladiolus. One of the very few flowers I know the name of.
I went to the grocery store this morning and bought a few odds and ends for tomorrow's camping trip. I didn't need much because I still have a lot of canned goods stocked up from my serious self isolating days. I still consider myself self-isolating, just not quite as severe.
I bought 5 one-gallon jugs of water for the trip; their easier to deal with on a short camping trip like this than cleaning and sterilizing the little Bronco's water tank. So I'm putting that off until I take a mini-vacation.
The weather forecast for 11-mile state Park is calling for a pretty good chance of thunderstorms every day were going to be there. But that's relatively normal for summer weather around here. The daily highs are going to be in the 70s and night times low 50s. So it will probably be light jacket temperatures in the morning and afternoons. Since the altitude is about 8500 feet, it will be warming up later in the morning and Cooling-off earlier in the afternoon.
I turned on the refrigerator in the little Bronco camper this morning, and as hot as it is outside, it's probably gonna take all day for it to cool off. So my refrigerated stuff is still in the Arctic Fox. The refrigerator in the little Bronco is a Dometic and seems to work pretty well. My only complaint has been that the fan that blows air over the cooling coils is kind of noisy and seems to run for a long time. If I ever get in the mood I will replace it with one or two of my 120 mm computer fans I have lying around, I believe they are called muffin fans, but I don't know why.... They don't taste anything like a muffin.
My son-in-law and the grandkids. Just pulled the rented 18 foot Jayco Jay flight travel trailer into the yard.
Loading up the travel trailer for tomorrow's camping trip to 11 mile state Park.
It just occurred to me that I'm pretty sure I will have Internet tomorrow, but I'm not 100% sure. So if I don't I will continue writing my blog every day and post whenever I can find some Internet.
