I left the Jefferson County Fairgrounds this morning and I'm now back at my daughter's house. My trip was successful and my Yamaha WR450 is now two inches lower than it was and my wallet is considerably thinner than it used to be.
Now that I'm back I'm facing several house projects such as, picture hanging, light fixture changing, ceiling fan removal, and my personal favorite bathroom sink changing. Laying on my back under a sink was never something I looked forward to but now my bad back does not allow me to slide into a bathroom cabinet under a sink anymore so I may have to just supervise that job.
Tomorrow they're having a big party for my grandson's 2nd birthday. His birthday was actually a few days ago but Saturday was chosen as the party day. I think there is supposed to be about 40 people coming to this party which makes me wonder how someone could make that many friends in 2 years, he must be a very charismatic kid because I'm a lot older than two and I don't think I even know 40 people. Personally I don't like being around a lot of people I guess I'm more of a loner than the life of the party, so I will probably take a few pictures, eat a hamburger, and then hide in the Arctic Fox.
