Thank you, Barney, I know you'll be happy to get moving again, especially with any trailer maintenance problems out of the way.

You have more experience with this than I do. What is the coldest night temperature you like being in while boondocking without heat available, just clothing and blankets.

Since I never have the furnace running while I'm sleeping and never have in any RV I've ever owned, I do have quite a bit of experience in that area.

Thank you very much. That helps me with some up coming choices I think I will need to make. My guess for me had been about 45F starting point for experimentation now. Thanks again.. Growing up in Pasadena south of Houston I had lots of 90 degree nights for sleeping in. Usually I did have a small fan stirring the air at least.

You're very welcome Barney. My bedding always stays the same, like I said, wool blanket, down comforter. The only thing that changes is what I'm wearing to bed. If it's really cold I might put on thermal underwear under my sweat clothes, and if it's summer I will just wear sweat clothes, and push the down comforter off to the side of the bed so I can use it if needed. The only reason this works for me is even in the summer in Denver nighttime temperatures will be 50s maybe 60s so it's almost always a little chilly at night.

To answer your question posed for the post: Yes, you are. BUT you have your reasons. So that makes it a little different. Meanwhile, I echo Barney, some lovely photos today!

Thank you so much, Judith, I love the Fall things look good when the leaves change, and the weather is just about perfect, in fact, the only thing bad about Fall... Is what comes in behind it.

I think true supervisors wear white hard hats so those guys are just practicing for "someday".

I believe its well known among Air Force folks that carrying a clipboard around will allow you to go anywhere and do anything without being questioned. And anyone that dares question the clipboard will immediately back off when they hear the letters I. G.
