Boondocking with benefits

I think I'm gonna leave Plomosa Road tomorrow and head on over to an LTVA, long-term visitor area, where I'll be able to boondock for two weeks for $40 and have a dumpsite, water available, and dumpsters for my trash, I call it boondocking with benefits.

I don't actually have to leave here until Thursday so I'm not 100 percent sure I'll leave tomorrow, and probably won't make up my mind until I wake up in the morning. But it's starting to feel like it's about time get a new view.

This morning I drove around three of the four LTVA's to see if I could find a suitable spot for myself and found that as usual they look crowded right next to the highway but if you drive down the road a ways there's plenty of room to spread out and have a few acres of desert all to yourself.

I'm still trying to get used to my new Verizon data plan by modifying my life so I get the highest and best use out of this allegedly unlimited plan. Everything is fine so far as I knew it would be, it's the possibility of throttling after I reach certain limits that has me concerned.

I have found that some of my Internet use does not require that I hook my phone up to a monitor. When I get news on the Internet most of that is just talking so I listen to that on my phone's speaker. But if I'm watching a movie or a documentary or something like that then I hook the phone up to a monitor. So far the only reason I've needed to use the phones hotspot for data is working on my blog and that only takes a few megabytes, so it looks like my 15 gigs of hotspot data before I get throttled will be plenty.
