Due to popular request I've decided that today I will give the names of the flowers in my pictures.

Left over picture from the last camping trip to my property. These Bighorn sheep are still shedding their winter coat. The big male in charge of the herd is in the middle with the large horns.

It looks like we're going to get a break in the hot weather here in Denver. The 10-day forecast is calling for the mid to high 80s with a few very low 90s thrown in. It's not a vast improvement, but its better than the upper 90s we've had almost every day. Ordinarily, I would've spent more time in the high country when it's hot like this, but the crowds in the mountains have made the heat more appealing than dealing with hordes of tourists.

I'm not sure why it took me so long to figure it out, but I've always bought my over-the-counter allergy medicine from Walmart, probably from habit. I recently ran into my allergy medicine on Amazon and found out that it costs a little more than half what it costs at Walmart. Needless to say, I ordered some.

Like I mentioned a while back, I started losing weight when this whole Bat flu pandemic started affecting my life, and it was mostly from worry. And even though most of the concern has gone, I'm still managing to keep the weight off. I weigh 189 pounds at the moment, and that's about what I've weighed for the last couple of weeks. I weighed 206 pounds when this whole plague nightmare started while I was in Wickenburg, Arizona. For me losing weight when I want to is usually pretty easy. Keeping it off is the problem, especially when I'm living in my daughter's yard, and everyone here is a great cook.
