It's the weirdest thing! It's extremely difficult to find real grits in the West, I know you Southerners might not believe that but it's true. I like to keep some grits around because it's one of the few things that I can cook and know It will be edible when I'm done, So at the grocery store this morning I actually found this bag of real grits, I couldn't believe my luck and bought a bag. So that's weird enough but the really weird part is the next picture. When I got back home and turned on my computer this is one of the things I found waiting for me on my Google homepage. I didn't go looking for it, it was already there. Now maybe it's an extraordinarily odd coincidence. But if it's not a coincidence it means that there are far more people spying on us and digging into our privacy than we ever could have imagined.

Great to hear from you again Tim. To enjoy the flavor of real grits you first have to buy real grits. In my experience anything with "Quaker" in the label is not real grits its just all most stores carry. Their "Quick Grits"are barely edible, and their "Instant Grits"are an embarrassment to southern cooks everywhere.
