Well thank you Barney. I think I've got maybe two or three more blog posts on my problem, tomorrow will be about spending the night in the hospital, and then I might have another post the next day, and my last post on the subject will be pulling it all together, getting the VA involved, prescriptions, and how it may change my life.

You're doing a good job of getting older and older Barney, keep walking, as you know, it's good for you.

I myself would call that a great sunset. Glad you got somebody to figure out what was causing your discomfort......that's not a small event. I'm one year older than you and Barney, and by now, know what it's like to have aches and pains that come and go. Yours did go on long enough to merit attention even though it wasn't bad pain. Good thing you went. (One ambulance ride revealed to me the unusual suspension in the vehicle...I suppose they are sturdy, but sheesh! )

Well thank you Judith, I appreciate that. You're right it wasn't a small event, and thankfully the folks in the emergency room knew that it wasn't.

You do know how to drag out a story. Since you re telling it, I guess you must be at least sort of OK. I hope you are actually better than just OK.

Thank you for your concern Linda. I guess I'm better than okay, but it's hard to tell sometimes with this medicine I'm taking, but its something I'm going to have to get used to for a while.
