As you can probably tell I took a few more pictures in the flower garden today. Since I haven't been doing much of anything except relaxing I don't have much to take interesting pictures of except the flowers outside my door.
I've been thinking about my planned trip to Montana and still haven't come up with a firm date to leave. I'm pretty sure it's going to be in June I'm just not sure when.
One of the things that concerns me is pulling the Arctic Fox through Denver. You see I'm on the south side of Denver and the shortest way to Montana is straight up through Denver and straight up through Wyoming. Which leaves me with the problem of pulling the Arctic Fox through Denver traffic when I don't even like to drive through Denver in the truck.
There's a couple of ways around Denver but they've both got their problems. Going around the west side of Denver has some of the same traffic problems that I 25 does going straight through Denver, plus it will take a couple of road changes to get all the way around the city.
There's a very nice toll road that goes all the way around the eastern side of Denver and would be a great way to avoid the traffic except it costs $56 to pull the trailer all the way around Denver which seems like an outrageous amount to me.
So its beginning to look like I'm going to have to take I 25 straight up through the middle of Denver. My experience with Denver has been there are certain times of the day when the traffic is horrendous and the rest of the time it's worse. Now there are some easy, safe, times to drive through Denver, 3 AM on a Sunday morning comes to mind, and something like that just might be what I end up having to do.
