We're planning on getting a dual-use motorcycle ourselves, also an Yamaha but a smaller one (the TW200). I don't know what you'd be using yours for, but our idea is to have another pair of wheels for an emergency (like, if the truck ever breaks down in the middle if nowhere) as well as grocery runs (ie on-road) and for going where even a 4WD truck wouldn't go (ie off-road). Our idea is that it's a dual-use bike from factory (so no need to adapt or add anything), reasonably competent on both uses (its major fault is not able to be used in highways for extended stretches because of the factory gears limit it to 55mph or so, but then this is not our use case), it has a good reputation, and is reasonably priced (around $5000 new). You are certainly more experienced than us, so we would be interested in learning about why you selected the WR450).

Vall And Mo, as usual I have to apologize for taking so long to get back to you, I've had a pretty busy day today.

Thank you very much Vall And Mo, a long time ago I used to be a serious motorcycle guy, and there was a couple of years when I was younger that a motorcycle was my only means of transportation.
