One of my propane tanks ran out this morning so it looks like I'll have to go searching for a place that fills tanks pretty soon. I think I saw one at one of the gas stations in town, and the grocery store-hardware store in town might do it because the hardware store is an Ace and they usually refill tanks. That 10 gallon tank lasted me 35 days which I guess isn't too bad considering I was having to run the heater a little during that time.
Checking the long-range weather forecast it looks like these wonderful high 70° days are going away later this week to be replaced by not as wonderful 60° days. Now due to the relatively low humidity 60° isn't all that bad in the desert. But after the nearly perfect weather we've been having lately low 60s are going to take some getting used to, it looks like I'll have to get out my long sleeve shirt again, I was hoping when I put it away I wouldn't have to see it again until next fall.
I haven't found any desert wild flowers blooming around here, I guess it's still too early in the season. I heard a rumor there was some blooming up near the Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument so I might run up there one day and see what's going on.
Abandoned train tracks behind the TC & GB railroad depot in Ajo Arizona.
I think you would have to be the most knowledgeable, and fanatic, Railroad fan ever to have heard of the TC & GB railroad line.
