I Don't have to move

As I settle in for the night I look out my back door and see what earlier had appeared to be impenetrable clouds have briefly lifted their veil of darkness just enough to see a warm glow falling over the now silent campground.

I strolled over to the office this morning to re-up for another week and found out there was no longer any reason for me to have to change locations, so I'm just going to stay where I'm at until this cloudy weather's over and then move down the road to the boondocking area.

There is a horse event that's supposed to be a big deal, with a large number of participants, and I'm told my favorite boondocking area may be taken over by horse trailers. But that's much later in January, so I won't worry about it until it happens.

Actually, I was kinda looking forward to moving to a new location, just so I would have a different view out my windows. But the lady in the office told me I was already in the least crowded area, and the end of the row was about as close to the open desert as I was going to get.

Tomorrow I might mosey down the road to Walmart and get a few groceries. It's always interesting to look at the customer service area where you return stuff to Walmart and see the dozens of people lined up trying to return or exchange their Christmas presents. It might be too early to see any long lines yet, but I'll bet it will still be interesting.
