I sat down at my computer intending to write a really interesting, intelligent, and informative blog post... But instead I wrote this.

Being able to click the pics shows mental acuity, and physical dexterity. Now if I could only find something that would help me remember where I'm at.

Another chilly morning here in Tucson, not chilly enough to keep me from going outside and doing something useful; my laziness keeps me from doing that. The cold gives me a plausible excuse.

I think when I leave here next week, I'll head up to Wickenburg and Congress Arizona; usually, those areas can get pretty crowded during the winter with us RVers, but my guess is most everybody will be in Quartzsite for the Big Show about then, so they'll be plenty of space for me to boondock in Wickenburg and Congress.

But then again. What if people are like me and they're trying to stay away from crowds because of the Bat flu, the nu flu, the Mink flu, or that South African flu they haven't thought of a name for yet, and they're not going to the Big Show. I guess the only way to find out is to go there, armed with a plan "B" and a plan "C" and see what's happening.

At least if I'm in the Wickenburg, Congress area, there are some rodeo type things going on fairly often, which will give me something to do. Here in Tucson, without the numerous events going on at the Fairgrounds, I'm finding that a lot of the other stuff to do here are things I've done several times before, are closed because of the Bat flu, or have Bat flu rules and restrictions that I don't want to have to deal with. But I'll probably go to Saguaro National Park again before I Leave. I've been there several times, but at least it's a beautiful place with nice scenery, so I don't mind spending time there again.

It's been getting pretty chilly around here at night, so I have to turn my radiant heater on in the morning when I get up. But by 9 or 10 o'clock it's warming up and by lunch it's 70°.

Two very friendly Saguaros waving hi to everyone that walks by. Or maybe it's one friendly Saguaro, or possibly twins. Whatever it is you can tell they're both friendly and both waving hi.

A Russian Hind helicopter gunship, the kind that gave Rambo so many scary moments in "Rambo First Blood 2", "Rambo 3", "Rambo fourth blood 18". And in the often forgotten "Rambo the early years", "Rambo gets a boo-boo", and" Rambo fall down go boom". Unfortunately three-year-old Rambo was carrying several sticks of dynamite and a couple kilos of Semtex so when he fell down he actually did go boom.
