I'm at a loss for words

Just like a puppy, clicking the pics makes me wiggly all over.

And when I'm at a loss for words all I can do is show some pictures soooo....

Today I thought I would take the time to show everyone why I try to stay at my favorite boondocking spot on Ridge Road instead of some of the other boondocking sites on the Ridge Road boondocking area.

First of all, this is the view out my living room window... Okay its not like a real living room, I just call it that....you have to use your imagination. The view from anywhere on Ridge Road is pretty nice, but I consider this boondocking view, the best.

The view from my kitchen windows, as if I actually had a kitchen. Would look something like this, but without my truck in the way.

My favorite boondocking spot at Elephant Butte allows me to have one side of the camper facing the sunrise, and the other side facing the sunset. It works out great.

Some boondocking sites are too big. This is actually one boondocking site, but it's so large that on weekends too many people try to squeeze in their. And as long as no one complains the Rangers let them do it. I've stayed here before and that's why I know what goes on.

Ridge Road is the big road in the picture, and is all boondocking. And the little road off to the left is the road going to all of the campground hookup sites. That road to the hookup sites is where most people go, so since my favorite spot is a little farther down Ridge Road, 95% of the camping traffic never gets to me.

Some of the boondocking sites are too small and close together, like these, which look more like an RV Park than a boondocking area.

This is another couple of boondocking spots that are too close together for me, I just put this picture in here because it shows an Arctic Fox.

Some of the boondocking sites are too close to Ridge Road, especially one like this where the campers haven't even turned off Ridge Road  to get to the hookup campsites yet, so there's a lot of traffic driving by this boondocking spot all the time.

This is another reason I like my favorite boondocking spot. This dumpster, and the water spigot off to the right are only about 50 feet away from my boondocking site.

Sometimes it's just an accumulation of small things that make boondocker's happy. Just like in real life, "when you have everything, you don't appreciate anything...." Boondocker's appreciate everything.

But all in all, this is my favorite boondocking spot, I can stick my camera out the window, take a snapshot of the sunrise, and go back to bed... All while I'm still half asleep..... Which explains a lot about my pictures.
