I'm finally finished writing about cameras.

I stepped out my door and took this picture of last night's sunset. It was real pretty, but being in the suburbs most of it was blocked by houses trees and telephone poles, which is why the prettiest sunsets are in the desert, at the beach, or in the mountains.

It looks like my ten-day weather forecast shows nothing but the 60s and 70s in the daytime and 40s at night, which sounds a lot like Fall is here to stay, and there should be no more concerns about those pesky 90° days sneaking in anymore. So I'll be breaking out my coat pretty soon because around here, when they say the high for the day will be 70°, they mean it will be 70° between 3 o'clock and 5 o'clock. For most of the day, it will be in the 50s and 60s.

I'm sure everyone is bored to tears reading about my new camera, so I will seldom mention it anymore. I only spent that much time talking about it because I had nothing else going on in my life.  But I have a mini-vacation coming up around the middle of next month, so that will give me something else to think and write about instead of cameras.

I think I'm going to get a flu shot next week, although I'm not sure why. The shots are only partially effective, and people are still wearing masks and washing their hands. I'm still mostly isolated, and when I get back on the road after Thanksgiving, I'll be even more isolated. So I would think my chances of catching the flu nowadays would be just about zero, especially considering the last time I had the flu was over 30 years ago.

I need to go to Ace Hardware pretty soon and get both of my 10-gallon propane tanks filled. Since I'm running on an experimental 5-gallon propane tank, I let both of my 10-gallon tanks run out, so now I've got to wrangle both of them heavy critters into the Arctic Fox. I'm not looking forward to dealing with it, so my laziness and procrastination have helped me put it off. But now I'm down to one 5 gallon tank, and I don't know when it's going to run out, but it's pretty chilly around here in the morning, and if I can't fire up my radiant heater, it's going to be a pretty miserable start to the day.
