Only two pics to click, anymore would be too much work.
Purple flowers at night.... It's so hot in the daytime I have to stalk the night like a zombie, preying on innocent flowers.
Today was predicted to be another hundred-degree day in Denver, so I didn't do anything that remotely resembled work. Instead, I mostly relaxed during the hottest part of the day. Tomorrow it's supposed to drop back into the 80s, so maybe I'll feel more like getting some things done, because right now, the only thing I actually feel like doing is heading for the High Lonesome.
I took care of a few odds and ends around the Lance; I removed the Venetian blinds in the living area and the kitchen. Unfortunately, the folks I bought the Lance from had a dog, and the dog damaged the blinds as he looked out the windows, which I didn't care about because I'm going to put up insulated, blackout drapes like I have in the Arctic Fox anyway. They will keep out the light so that I won't have a glare on my computer screen, and they tend to deaden outdoor sounds, especially in conjunction with the double pane windows.
I also disconnected the outdoor speakers on the Lance so there won't be any chance, no matter how remote, that other people will have to listen to my music.... May a curse of a thousand years rain down upon the heads of the RV manufacturers that invented the outdoor speaker.
A fly on a flower... Have I finally reached rock bottom in finding something to take a picture of? A fly? That's the best I can do? Apparently so. Have I no shame? Apparently not.
