I've been busy of late, and haven't had time to write anything in my blog, so the best I can do is post a few pictures that I've already taken.
Another abandoned business in an 1800s shop, Walsenburg Colorado.
Antique semi truck. It took a manly man to drive a truck like this. Stick shift, with a clutch it took both feet to push down, no power steering and no power brakes, no siree, it took a hairy chest, muscular arms, and a Marine Corps tattoo to wrestle this truck down the road... Come to think of it I see a lot of modern girls that fit that description.
Nothing showy or ornamental about this radiator cap, strictly utilitarian. A lump of metal and a way to open it with your fingers. It's on an old Ford.
