It looks more like an RV Park that a casino parking lot. There's actually a lot more RVs than this, they just didn't fit in the picture.
I pulled into Tucson before lunch and parked in the parking lot of the Casino Del Sol. It's not the parking lot where the cars normally park it's actually the parking lot for the amphitheater where they have shows with big-name performers sometimes so it's a fairly large lot. The downside is when they're going to have a show they run all the RVs off and they cant come back into the shows over.
Other than that it's a nice place to stay, it's an easy walk to the casino, its free, you don't have to register, and you can stay as long as you like. They even have dumpsters in the parking lot for the RVs to use. There's only one major rule and that is you can't have alcohol in the parking lot, you can have it in your RV just not out in the parking lot. This is an Indian reservation and they've got more than their share of alcohol problems.
I think I'll go to Walmart tomorrow, there's one not too far from here and it will feel good to be back in a big inexpensive store again. I'm not as afraid of the flu as I was before because it seems to be winding down now but I'm still not taking any chances so I don't want to be around crowds if I can help it.
The daylight savings time thing changed last night but I didn't change because Arizona doesn't change like the rest of the country, so now it will take me a while to figure out what time it is in the rest of the country.
I took these two pictures as I was leaving Picacho State Park this morning.
