Whoa. Who knew what was in the header photo....a lot. Rather amazing. On another topic, it seems you had a life at one time in which crowds were good news. I guess it all depends on which end you're on....I would have, and could have been, a customer during your off times...Ha. Not so much during the leaf peepers time. That's what they were called when I lived in New England. Life is interesting, anyway. (Ending on a profound thought..) Yeah! Go to Cripple Creek.

Yes that is very true, crowds were a good thing for me at that time and I tried my best to keep my customers happy. But I had to force myself to be that way. I'm basically a shy person and a loner, but my income was based on me being outgoing and talking to hundreds of strangers every day. Whether I was doing the "Ghost Town Tours." Teaching people how to pan for gold. Telling folks the history of Cripple Creek. Or calling in a handful of chipmunks that I had trained to come to the outside picnic tables and eat sunflower seeds out of my hand or out of my shirt pocket. I was around a lot of people seven days a week 12 and 14 hours a day during the Summer. But at least I had the whole Winter off.
