My Grandson celebrated his fifth birthday yesterday. We had a small party at home with just the family yesterday afternoon. And today there was a bigger party at Jump Street, which is an indoor trampoline place, for friends and acquaintances.
I received the bungee cord that I'm going to use on the little Bronco camper from Amazon this morning, and now I just have to work up the ambition to figure out a way to bring the soft sides into the little Bronco instead of them always poofing outside.
This is going to require a lot of complicated thinking because the top is going up and down, the soft sides are going back and forth, and the bungee cord is going in and out. Calculating all those different directions in my brain and their inherent vector forces and moments of inertia, whatever those are, is probably going to send my brain plankton into a tizzy which will cause me to sit in my reclining chair in a catatonic state for half the day. Fortunately that is my usual state to be in when I'm relaxing in my easy chair.
Yesterday when I started up my truck I found that the backup camera on the little Bronco had once again let me down. The screen was a very bright white. It wasn't blank, just bright white. My first thought was I must've accidentally hit the brightness adjustment, so I turned the brightness all the way down and now I can see a little bit on the screen but it's still way too bright. I don't know much about the technical aspects of these backup cameras but since this is the one that didn't work on the Arctic Fox, I have a suspicion that this one is a piece of crap.
I guess I will first have to figure out If it's the camera that's bad or is the monitor not working correctly. I've got a spare camera I can test on it when I get in the right mood, but at the moment my mood wants me to throw it in the garbage disposal and flip the switch.
