I went to the office this morning and re-upped. this time I re-upped for two weeks as opposed my usual one because I just realized that Memorial Day weekend is coming up and if I re-upped for one week today it would put me in the position of having to re-up or find a new place to stay during the holidays, and it doesn't take the smartest, most experienced RVer in the world to realize running around looking for a place to camp on Memorial day weekend is a really bad idea.
All of that means that I will probably be checking out of the Pima County Fairgrounds the last day of May and if campgrounds, state parks, or other camping options aren't open by then they probably won't be opening up in time to do me any good anyway so I might as well hit the road and take my chances on finding a cooler place to stay.
Today is the official end of my third month of self isolation.... Time sure flies when you're having fun. At this point I don't see any end to my self isolation, it looks like being around as few people as possible, and wearing a mask and gloves in a store is going to be my new normal until I feel safe again, and I have no idea when that will be.
There is something new on the Bat flu horizon and if you haven't heard about it yet this California company called Sorrento Therapeutics is saying Initial tests show they can stop you from getting the Bat flu or cure the Bat flu if you have it 100% of the time, and these folks aren't dingbats, pardon the pun. They've been in business a long time, and their listed on the New York Stock Exchange. I'm not going to hold my breath but here's a start for your research if you're interested.
The Arctic Fox got jealous of me taking pictures of all the shiny new RVs that are all around here at the moment. These RVs have been waxed and polished from top to bottom, and are getting washed virtually every day.
This is bothering the Arctic Fox Especially since she is looking a bit road weary showing A lot of use, many miles of dirt roads, and hasn't had a bath in years, much like me. I decided I would skip the new RVs today and put up some pictures of the Arctic Fox which despite her scratches, her character marks, and splashes of road tar, I wouldn't trade her for any RV at the show.
I know this isn't the Arctic Fox, I just enjoy taking pictures of flowers.
