I've been kind of busy lately, or at least what I call busy. I've put together my new easy chair and officially retired my old easy chair by sitting it out next to the street with a "free to a good home" sign on it. I put together the chairs for my grandsons table and chairs and since the missing table just arrived yesterday afternoon I'll be putting it together in the next day or so. I installed a new garbage disposal at my wife's house because the old one had a crack in it and was leaking. I also figured out that my little beta 250 has a leak in its front tire which I need to figure out where it's leaking from and how to fix it. And for a lazy guy like me.... That's what I call busy.
I dread getting involved with a flat tire on the little beta 250, first because it's a tubeless tire and second because it has the Nuetech Tubliss tire system installed in it, which works great but is a pain in the butt to get the tire on and off.
I'm hoping it's something simple like a small hole in the tire which I can put a plug-in just like any other tubeless tire without removing it from the rim. Or maybe I didn't put enough air in it the other day to seal the bead and if I pump it up to a higher pressure maybe it will be okay. I haven't had a chance to check it out yet but I'm hoping it's something that doesn't require me having to remove it from the rim.
Just when I thought it was starting to feel like Fall around here, the last few days have been in the low 90s. Fortunately the humidity's still in the teens but 90 is too hot for the middle of September. Thankfully it appears we only have one more day of this and then its going to get back to the high 70s low 80s where it should be this time of year.
