I was blessed with cloudy weather the last couple of days, but that's over, and I'm returning to mostly sunny every day. Daytime temperatures have been in the 60s, and night time lows in the 20s to mid-30s have been normal.

The cloudy weather has given me more desire to get out and walk in the boulders, partly because I enjoy it and because my pictures come out better when some clouds are around.

I still haven't figured out what to do when I leave here, but I'm leaning toward going to Tombstone. I NEED to go there and check on my property, and I WANT to go there because I enjoy being there.

Until they opened the boondocking campground a couple of blocks from downtown Tombstone, I wasn't spending much time there,  I was staying in Benson, Arizona, boondocking at an Escapees campground for a few days and driving the 20-something miles to Tombstone whenever I felt like it, which wasn't very often because I got tired of going there every day. But the boondocking campground in Tombstone fixed that problem, and now I spend much more time there.

I haven't noticed any difference in the weather caused by El Niño yet. The temperatures and the climate I'm seeing in New Mexico look pretty normal to me, and you can be sure that if It was colder than normal, I would be in the Arizona desert right now. But I've enjoyed my stay at Rockhound State Park and now at the City of Rocks. It's not exactly toasty warm, but it's warm enough to do whatever I want and still be comfortable.

I'm just guessing here, but this looks like an ordinary travel trailer that the trailer company honchos went to the design department and said...

 ''These trailers aren't moving, what can you come up with to give this trailer some eye appeal, some pizzazz, something that will reach out and grab the mid-life crisis guys that want to recapture the fun they wish they had when they were 20.'' Oh!  by the way, keep those changes under 300 bucks.

And the design department said... "I know exactly what you're talking about. The hottest thing in RVs today is ADVENTURE! We will flip the axles to raise the body of the camper a few inches, put four semi-knobby tires on it, throw a solar panel on the roof, put an "X" in the name, because "X" stands for "xtreme", and sell it as an "adventure" trailer." I will cost the company an extra $273 per unit and you can add $5000 to the sticker price.

The bean....
it's rather unclear what kind of bean this is, green bean? string bean? Navy bean? Your guess is as good as mine;  But I would suggest that due to its current location, and the condition of the roads,  it might be a Mexican jumping bean.
