So are you going to go to the dentist, or just suffer.

After weighing all of the different factors involved in my problem I have determined that suffering is the only thing that makes sense.

I put off going to the dentist for years. I finally went when I broke a tooth. Turned out I had a whole mouth full of cavities. It would have been better to go before it got so expensive. Yet, I'm still procrastinating about making an appointment to have my teeth cleaned.

I used to go to the dentist when it was needed and my parents spent a lot of money on me doing so. When I was in the Air Force I got most everything fixed up for free so I took advantage of the Air Force dentists. As I got older problems started reoccurring, and since I didn't have any insurance dental work became very expensive. And I was paying thousands of dollars for the things they were doing to my teeth but I still continued having problems.

I did not realize I am only about a month older than you. Mid August here.

I had a friend who would put a clove in a bad tooth. Not sure what that did but she said it helped.

Thank you for that info Linda. When I have a toothache I'll try just about anything but the only thing I've found that works is a couple of Advil every few hours.

Did you say a month older? Or much older? If it's the latter I would have to agree.
