I went to the Big Show this morning, I thought giving the crowds a couple of days to thin out would make it easier to find a parking place and move around in the show tent. But my plan didn't work, I still ended up parking a quarter of a mile away in a dry wash. And there was still enough people in the big tent to make it hard to move, but I did it anyway.

I'm not sure why I go to the Big Show, I've never bought anything there, in fact I didn't even see anything I wanted to buy, well except maybe the swinging lounge chair with its own rain cover. But after giving it some thought I realize there was no place I could put it since it's bigger than my bedroom.
I did get something to eat while I was there because it's getting harder and harder to find alligator on a stick like mom used to make.

But all in all it was a good day, it was very cloudy but the solar panels still managed to charge up the batteries. It rained a little but not hard enough to wash my truck away while it was parked in the dry wash. But best of all I can say that I survived the Big Show and thankfully, won't have to do it again until next year. theboondork
