It was a beautiful day today,a blue sky and 70°. I spent the morning getting ready to go to Del Rio tomorrow. I've got four past blog posts that I've got to post and that's never easy while I'm sitting in my truck. So to make it easier on myself I've put each post in its own folder with the pictures that are supposed to go with it, the fewer decisions I have to make about what goes where makes it less of a hassle.
We can't believe the winter is going by so fast. It seems like only yesterday I was slowly working my way down through New Mexico to make it to Texas for the winter. And now I'm already thinking about how I'm going to slowly work my way back up through New Mexico to get back to Colorado.
I'll probably be in the Big Bend area until the middle of March or thereabouts depending on when it begins getting hot enough to start pushing me North. I came down through the east side of New Mexico so I'll probably go up a different way. I might just go up I-25, that's the simplest, and shortest way to get up to Colorado, And there's some State Parks and other things to see close to the highway or a short drive off of I-25,
But at this point none of that is written in stone, in fact it's not even written in peanut butter because if I spend too much time making plans for the future it takes away from the time that I should be enjoying my life at this moment... Wait a minute, that moments gone already and in the past. I shouldn't think about the past I should enjoy the present. But as soon as I think about enjoying the present it becomes the past and I can't think about that.... See I did it again! I have to stop writing now while I still have some life left.

I know you can't tell from this picture but those two big boulders are each bigger than a school bus.
