It is very difficult if not impossible to beat fulltiming RV life. But what do I know, I am only a 74 year old fat man.

Yes it's true that your extremely old, over the hill, with one foot in the grave and the other on a skateboard. And it is amazing that you've lived long enough to reach this level of decrepitude, [thank you Judith,] but it does appear that your fairly mentally sharp for a man as elderly as you since you can still remember that you're a full-timer, and that its a great way to live.

Well, genes can carry some of us through. I am in better health than I deserve, according to all the things I should have and should be doing. But time ticks away, and sooner or later......Yes, I am very amused to have a driver's license for a long time yet. Harry the Greco-Roman wrestler (just saw some of that in the current Olympics) sounds like a paragon of vim and vigor. And then, I am sure you know people who do all the "right" things and are getting more stove up than you. You'll know what stove up is....having spent time in the lower USA, geographically speaking that is.

Yes Harry was a man that looked about half his age, I was amazed when he told me how old he was.

Actually, all I intended to say when I started out was that your granddaughter manages to look ethereal even when pointing a nerf gun as in yesterday's post.

Don't let those looks fool you. She's a tough kid, I guess she had to be growing up with a brother two years older than her. She will pick up a bug or a worm that scares her brother.

Yea for her!! Ethereal doesn't necessarily mean defenseless. Some steel in there.

Unfortunately the older we get the more miseries there are. When my dad was in his 80s and I would ask him what it's like getting old, he would always say, aches and pains there's always aches and pains. Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
