It got pretty hot this afternoon at Ben Avery's this afternoon, so I turned on the air conditioner for a couple of hours. I really didn't want to do that because I wanted to acclimatize myself to whatever temperature I'm living in since I can't run the air conditioner when I'm Boondocking. But the outside thermometer was almost at 90° and I thought I deserved a little bit of luxury.
I ate at Ray's Pizza again today. I always look forward to eating at Ray's whenever I'm in the area. I will eat most any pizza but Ray's is the only one that I really like. There's several of them scattered around the Phoenix area and luckily there's one that's only about 3 miles or so from Ben Avery's and sense there prices are reasonable I can eat there anytime I feel like it.
Another place that I always look forward to visiting when I'm in the Phoenix area is Fry's Electronics. There's not many of them around, Phoenix has two or three, and I believe there is one or more in California somewhere but they're not a nationwide chain. But if you're into electronics especially computers, Fry's is the Disney World for nerds. If you've never seen one, picture a Home Depot or a Lowe's full of electronics. Among other things it has everything you need to build your own computer, from the cases of various sizes, the Intel chips, the motherboards, the video cards, the ram, and any kind of wire, if it's in a computer Fry's Electronics has it. It's one of my favorite places to wander around in.
