This could be my best winter travels ever

But there are fewer pics for you to click, less photos are here for your fingers to flick; I've been too busy for pictures to take, bear with me a while It's not a mistake. It's working I've been, but that will soon end as a mini-vacation I soon intend.

I finally finished my backseat storage area, including making some bungee cords, and loaded it up with most of the things that I'm going to be taking with me. So far, it looks like it's going to work, but I need to take a mini-vacation to make sure before I bite the bullet, throw caution to the wind, make my move, and  head south for the winter.

Unlike taking a mini-vacation, where I often forget to put important things in the bronco and have to do without or buy something I already own, it looks like I'm going to be living in the bronco instead of the Arctic Fox for at least a few days while I'm still in Denver, so it's going to be pretty hard to forget something important since I'll be living a normal life in the bronco while there's still plenty of time to retrieve things out of the Arctic Fox that I'm going to need for my winter travels.

One of the things I'm going to miss is a microwave. Unfortunately, there's simply no room in the bronco for a microwave, so it looks like I'll have to learn to live without it. Fortunately, I was born long before the microwave was invented, but slightly after fire had been created, and I got along just fine then, so I guess I can survive without it.... the microwave not the fire, After all, the microwave is a convenience and not a necessity.

You might think that moving from the Arctic Fox into the bronco would be a terrible burden because I will have to give up so many of the things that I thought I couldn't live without. But instead seeing it as a hardship, I'm looking forward to it. Much like how I was looking forward to getting rid of most of my "stuff" when I moved out of my house and into the Arctic Fox.

But simplifying my life even more than I did back then, and especially not having the Arctic Fox dragging along behind me, and all of the problems, stress, and safety issues that comes with towing a trailer, I think this is going to be my best, freest , and most relaxed winter travels ever.

Yes, I have to give up some things. Most of which is associated with my extremely limited living space, but I don't feel like I need all the space that I have now. I'm perfectly willing to give up all that extra space that the Arctic Fox has and trade it for the mobility and the simplicity of life that a slide-in truck camper offers.

I've been riding motorcycles since I was 12 or 13 years old, I've almost always had one, and even have one now. I've owned numerous brands and kinds of motorcycles, including a Harley like this one. Motorcycles change a lot over the years in various ways but one thing that never changes is you can always tell when it's a Harley. Not by the shape of the V twin engine, and not by the sound they make. You can always tell it's a Harley by all the oil that leaks on the ground. They leaked oil when I was a teenager, and 60 years later they still leak oil.
