Today is like any other except it's The day before the rodeo

I'm really looking forward to the high school rodeo tomorrow; I've always enjoyed going to rodeos, but as I've mentioned before when the professional rodeos that I used to go to got to the point that they banned photography, except for maybe cell phones, completely lost me as a spectator.

And that's why I like these high school rodeos; they don't have that rule, so I can walk around the arena and take pictures from anyplace I want, as long as I stay out of the arena where the action is. And since photography is the only hobby I have left since I went full-time, taking pictures of the things I see and the places I go is important to me.

The rodeo contestants have been trickling in all day today, and there camped near the rodeo arena, an area reserved just for them. Most of the events will be in the outdoor rodeo arena, but the barrel racing will be at the indoor arena next door, where the barrel racing from the other day was held. And this leads to the problem for me. The girls will be barrel racing while the boys are doing the rough stock events, and I hate to miss either one! So I need to be in two places at once; what to do? What to do?

There's nothing I can do, except what I've done before, which is run back and forth between the two areas, and since this is a multi-day event, both my feet are already starting to rebel and threatening to walk out on me.

She's a little confused, so the horse is telling her what to do.

This girl is sound sleep and about to fall out of the saddle, but the horse is keeping a close eye on me because I look like I'm up to no good.

Thank you for that site Larry. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you but I had a busy morning.

There is so much good about that Lance 650. The size is right, the weight is right, not sure about the price since they seem to cost as much as the 825's. It's just that refrigerator in the bed room that I'm having trouble dealing with. I've been using RV refrigerators for long enough to know that sooner or later something is going to spill in the fridge, and in the case of the 650 will more than likely end up in my bed.

I'm also concerned about being able to reach what's in the refrigerator. Although it's a lot better than some of the camper vans I've seen where the refrigerator is on the floor, and by the time I got low enough to reach a beer, I probably couldn't get back up again.

If they would put that refrigerator somewhere else, even if it was in the bathroom, I would put the Lance 650 at the top of my list. But I'll dig deeper into that Facebook site and see what folks are saying about the refrigerator.

I agree about that refer. Not a good spot. I would like the 825....It is only 180 lbs more according to their web site. Happy Hunting!

I know it must be extremely difficult to pack everything into an RV that we campers demand, and no matter what you do half the people are going to complain about it.

But the fridge in the bedroom always looked to me like the engineers put everything in the 650 they thought it needed and just as they were about to send the blueprints off to manufacturing, someone said. "Wait a minute! There's no refrigerator!! My God there's no place to put one and the campers full! What are we gonna do? I know, let's put it in the bedroom and say it's the latest thing, and in a couple of years everybody will be putting them there because everybody wants a midnight snack while their watching their bedroom TV."
