I received my cell phone booster yesterday and I'm looking forward to installing it but I'm still working on some odds and ends at the house so my new toy will have to wait.
It's hard to believe it's Labor Day already, the summer has flown by so fast it's hard to believe that I participated in it. I guess its true when they say, "Time flies when you're having fun" because time is flying by for me so fast I must be having the time of my life. It seems like only a couple of weeks ago I was Boondocking my way up through New Mexico and looking forward to getting back to Colorado and suddenly here it is the end of summer and I'm starting to think about where I'm going to go from here. Maybe I ought to do something that makes me miserable, like dealing with the government, more often so time won't pass so quickly.
You know that's not a bad idea, time always drags by when you're unhappy so I just thought of 5 things to make time slow down so it feels like I'm living longer.
1. Work on my taxes. 2. Get sick and go to an emergency room. 3. Go looking for a job. 4. Go to the DMV. 5. Sit through an entire Hillary Clinton speech.
I believe if I did one of these things every few days, weeks would feel like months, months would drag on for years and it would seem as though I was living forever.
Many thanks to Maggie and Vall & Mo for the cell phone booster suggestion.
