Why would I be thinking about where to go next when I just got here?

You need clouds for a nice sunrise or sunset picture, but lately there's been too many clouds, and they're so thick the sunlight can't get through.

It was a mostly sunny day today, so I walked around some of the flea markets in town again. I can't buy anything because I don't have the room to carry anything I don't need, or the weight-carrying capability to tote around something I can live without. But it was an interesting way of spending the morning.

The weather is supposed to change starting tomorrow, with Monday being mostly cloudy, limiting what my solar panels are capable of. And then Tuesday is supposed to be cloudy with an 80% chance of rain for most of the day. I wouldn't say I like this whole El Niño thing;  sometimes it's so cloudy and wet, it's hard to tell I'm in a desert unless I hug a Saguaro now and then.

Either today or tomorrow, depending on my ability to scrape up enough ambition to move, I'll mosey over to the north side of Q since the boondocking areas over there will put me closer to Walmart. Going over to the north side of Q, I will have to drive right past the free trash transfer station, where I can throw away all of my trash, fill up some water jugs, at the RV Pitstop and top up the truck's fuel tank at one of the gas stations. That sounds like a lot of effort for one day, so it will probably require that I kick back and relax for a few days.

I've been considering where I should go when I leave here, since I don't have much else to think about. My choices are to head East and hang around Wickenburg, Arizona, for a while; There's a lot of School Trust Lands in the Wickenburg area to boondock on. Or, should I keep heading north to Lake Havasu, which has a lot of boondocking close to town, or head a bit farther north to Laughlin, Nevada, where I enjoy boondocking in casino parking lots... Not for long, but it's fun for a few days.

As usual in these times of El Niño, the weather will be what motivates me, so I will probably have to wait until I get close  to leaving before I will get an accurate enough weather forecast to decide.

I like to walk around as the sun is coming up because the lighting is nice and my snapshots tend to come out better.

A lot of RVers for some unknown reason like these twisty turney things to hang on their RV or put on a pole nearby to watch them twist and turn.... You get extra points if this dingle-dangle makes enough noise to keep your neighbors awake.

This open air flea market store appropriately named "STUFF", didn't necessarily have the most Stuff, but I think it had the most unidentifiable Stuff. go ahead, zoom in and see how much stuff you can identify.

My ability to identify rare birds, is well known the world over. But this flock of birds has me stumped. Their as big as Sandhill cranes, but they don't make a sound. And apparently standing still With no movement whatsoever is part of their survival mechanism. They appear to be flightless, like Ostriches and Emus, but their coloration does not allow them to blend into the environment very well. And the size of their eyes indicates they feed at night. so I would guess that there a cross between a Mandarin duck, a Ringtail Lemur, and a Stork.
