This Saguaro doesn't look very stable to me, it's little at the bottom and big at the top. It looks like a light breeze would blow it over.
Another cold night last night, it got down into the mid-30s which is rapidly approaching the limit to which I can sleep comfortably with no heat on in the Arctic Fox. But if the weather guessers are right we've got one more day of this and then it starts to warm up, not desert warm yet, but 60s in the daytime and 40s at night and that's a lot easier to deal with.
Since it's been cold the whole time I've been at Hi Jolly I haven't even taken the little Beta 250 off of the rack yet, and I've seen very few ATVs running around so I guess we've all got the same problem. I don't think most folks that come here with an ATV bring clothes warm enough to ride in 40° weather.
Since I would really like to install my wired rearview cameras I've kept them sitting on the sofa in the box they came in just so they wouldn't be out of sight and out of mind. I figured looking at the open box all day would taunt me into getting outside and installing them, but so far it hasn't worked.
Now that the year is over I've been trying to work up the ambition to put together my annual financial report so I can see what last year cost me to live. You would think since it's been too cold to do anything outside I would've had plenty of time to spend 15 minutes on the computer getting numbers off my monthly spreadsheets and putting them together in a way that allows me to see where my money went last year. But since I haven't done it I figured there must be a good reason, and after studying on the problem for a while I think I've come up with why it hasn't gotten done yet, and that would be, lack of ambition, lack of motivation, and too lazy. I have to tell you I was very happy to find out that it wasn't all my fault.
So now that I've figured out what the problem is, after all it's hard to solve a problem if you don't know what caused it, it will now be possible for me to fix this problem and get my annual spreadsheet done without any further procrastination..... As soon as I get around to it.
