I moved this morning, I moved from Scaddan wash which is kind of close to I 10 over to the Road Runner boondocking area, some parts of Scaddan wash are very close to I 10 and can get pretty noisy. It's much quieter over here and the scenery is a little different, not much different but there are some Saguaro cactus over here. I'll probably stay here for two nights and then go in to town and stay in an RV park for one night, that'll give me a chance to clean up and fill up my water tank which is getting pretty low right now. I did a little project today to make the trailer better but it was such a simple thing that I didn't even bother making a video. I put a door handle on the screen door that makes it easier to close it behind me when I'm coming in especially if my hands are full. You see the doors on an Arctic Fox don't swing open and closed like normal doors, theres some kind of friction in the hinges that keeps the door from swinging. It's kind of hard to explain but if you give the door a push it will only open as far as you push it. It opens and closes smoothly but it just requires a little effort to do it. They told me it was to keep the wind from blowing the door open and closed and they seemed kind of proud that they made it that way, but nonetheless I didn't like it when I first tried it. After a while though I got used to it and now I actually prefer it to a free swinging door, if you spend some time in windy conditions it actually makes it easier and safer to get in and out of the door.
