Arctic Fox Boondocking.......For all of you mountain folk like myself that know your never supposed to park at the base of a hill where boulders can and do come rolling down and destroy you and everything else in its path, let me assure you that the base of that hill is actually a couple of hundred feet away and there are two deep dry washes between me and that hill. It only looks the way it does because I used a telephoto lens to take that picture which compresses the background and the foreground making them look very close together when they're actually not. Hollywood uses that trick all the time to make their stars look like they're very close to danger when in fact that oncoming train is very very far away.

Yet another goofy European fad slithers into America. These locks, known as Love lock's, are all over the fences at London Bridge, there are thousands of them. There put there by couples who lock the lock and throw the key into the water, symbolizing they will always be together...... always..... Forever and ever.... Until the end of time...... or until one of them can find that dang key. |
